United Way Support
OSU United Way campaign encourages you to support the Stillwater Area United Way and the many agencies that are helping the community heal.

A message from the OSU United Way Campaign Chair
Tragedy has once again visited our community. The outpouring of support in response to the event has been overwhelming and was on full display at Tuesday evening’s community-wide memorial service. As we heal, I encourage you to consider giving to the United Way. A good way for us to reach beyond our campus to the families and friends affected by this tragedy is by supporting United Way agencies.  Here is Stillwater Area United Way’s statement following the Oct. 24 incident:

“If you or your family were affected by Saturday’s tragedy and are in need of assistance, please call the Stillwater Area United Way at 405-377-2161 or our information hotline 2-1-1. As the community safety net, Stillwater Area United Way will help victims and their families find the help they need. We do not provide direct services but are prepared to find an agency who will help with any needs you may have. We have made contact and are prepared to offer additional financial help to any of our partner agencies who are helping those affected by Saturday’s events. It takes a community to help heal after these type of events, and we are prepared to do everything we can.” #StillwaterStrong

I encourage you to be generous in your pledge to United Way. The attached flyer shows a sample of the impact of your donation every year.
Together we can really be Stillwater Strong.
Thank you,
Jorge H. Atiles
